These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://affiliatefunnels.ai (the "Site") and every product, membership, service and piece of content we sell or deliver through it (together, the "Services"). By purchasing, opting in, or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

AffiliateFunnels.ai is a trading name of Profit Enterprise Pty Ltd, an Australian company. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Profit Enterprise Pty Ltd. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By purchasing you confirm that the payment details you provide are yours or that you are authorised to use them.

3. What we sell

We sell digital marketing education, done-for-you ("DFY") marketing assets (such as landing pages, advertisements, headlines and ad copy) and related tools and memberships. Current offers, prices and refund terms are:

Not every offer is shown to every customer; the products, prices and any trial shown on your order form and offer pages are the ones that apply to you. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, inclusions and bonuses may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Done-for-you delivery

• DFY assets are generated for you after purchase and made available inside your members area. Build times shown on the Site (for example "within 24 hours") are targets, not guarantees; if a build is delayed we will tell you and complete it as quickly as we can.
• Some assets (for example the 10 Funnel Portfolio Package and the 10 and 6 funnel order bumps) are only built once you log in and request the build; for the 6 funnel order bump you first choose your 6 offers. If you never request a build, no assets are created.
• We select affiliate offers and write copy using automated (AI) tooling with human quality controls. You are responsible for reviewing every asset before you publish it and for complying with the terms of any affiliate network, ad platform or offer owner you promote.

5. Memberships, trials and billing

• The AI Affiliate Pipeline is a monthly subscription billed automatically to your card every month until you cancel.
• If you accept a free-trial offer, your card is authorised at $0 today and the first monthly payment is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the cancellation option in your members area. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund a payment already taken for the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Upsell and downsell purchases made with one click after your initial order are charged to the card you used at checkout, as stated on each offer page.

6. Refund policy

To request a refund email [email protected] from the email address you purchased with, within the guarantee window, and tell us what did not work for you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product and any assets built for it ends.

Refund windows run from the date of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve refund requests quickly. Disputes filed without contacting us may result in your account being closed and, where the dispute is found to be unwarranted, recovery of the amount and associated fees.

8. Your account

Access to the members area is tied to the email address you purchased with. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Accounts are for a single person; sharing, reselling or transferring access is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.

9. Licence and intellectual property

• All training, templates, software, designs and DFY assets are owned by or licensed to Profit Enterprise Pty Ltd.
• Assets built for you (landing pages, ads, copy) are licensed to you for use in your own affiliate marketing business. You may edit and publish them. You may not resell, redistribute, or package them as your own product, template or service, and you may not share them with third parties.
• Training materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, recorded or redistributed.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully and to comply with the rules of every third-party platform you use, including advertising platform policies, affiliate network terms, anti-spam laws and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the advertising accounts you operate, the claims you make and the money you spend on advertising.

11. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will earn any money, make any sales, or achieve any particular result. Affiliate marketing is a business that involves risk, effort, testing and advertising spend. Results shown on the Site are individual examples, not typical results. Please read our Earnings Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (for example payment processors, affiliate networks, advertising platforms, hosting and AI providers). We are not responsible for their availability, policies, account decisions or fees, and an affiliate network or ad platform rejecting or restricting your account is not grounds for a refund outside the guarantee windows above.

13. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and we exclude all implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or advertising spend. Where the Australian Consumer Law or another law implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (where permitted) to re-supplying the Services or refunding the price paid.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse our team, or engage in fraud or chargeback abuse. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 9, 11, 13 and 16 survive termination.

15. Communications

By purchasing or opting in you consent to receive transactional emails and, where you provide a phone number, SMS messages about your order, onboarding and account. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. See our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If a dispute arises, contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Failing that, the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
