This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://affiliatefunnels.ai and our members area, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, where they apply to you, the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address and phone number when you opt in, purchase, book a call or contact support.
• Order details — the products you buy, amounts, dates, currency and the last four digits and brand of your card. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
• Account and usage data — logins, pages and lessons viewed, buttons clicked, videos watched, build requests, support conversations, call bookings and attendance.
• Onboarding information — answers you give us about your niche, goals and experience so we can build assets for you.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, advertising click identifiers (for example fbclid), and cookie identifiers.
• Session analytics — we use analytics tools (PostHog) that may record heat-maps and anonymised session replays of how you use our pages. Form fields containing personal data and card fields are masked.

2. How we use it

• To process your order, build and deliver your assets and give you access to the members area.
• To onboard you: send confirmations, login details, booking links, reminders and follow-ups by email and SMS.
• To provide support and handle refund requests.
• To measure and improve our website, funnel and advertising (conversion rates, page speed, where people drop off).
• To send marketing about our products where you have opted in or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud, chargebacks and abuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us, under contract, for the purposes above:

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a business sale or restructure (with notice to you).

4. Advertising and cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the Site to work, for analytics and to measure and improve our advertising. The Meta Pixel and Conversions API send hashed contact details and event data (page views, opt-ins, purchases) to Meta so we can measure ad performance and show relevant ads; you can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad settings. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not work.

5. SMS and email consent

When you provide a phone number you agree to receive transactional SMS about your order and onboarding. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out, or HELP for help. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (receipts, login details) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

6. International transfers

We are based in Australia and our providers store data in the United States, Australia and the EU. Where we transfer data across borders we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as you have an account or we need it for the purposes above, then for as long as required for tax, accounting, dispute and legal obligations (generally seven years for transaction records in Australia). Analytics data is retained per the provider's default retention or shorter.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, secure hosting and payment processing by PCI-compliant providers. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to stop marketing, or to export your data. If you are in the EU/UK you may also object to or restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident you have the right to know, delete and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell data; you can opt out of advertising cookies as above) without discrimination. 10. Children

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the Site.
